Shipping policy

At VERSEE, every order is handled with the same care and intention we put into our jewellery carefully, deliberately, and with purpose.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship Pan India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME
Standard Orders: Dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.  Express Orders: Dispatched the same day if placed before 12:00 PM IST on a working day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard Delivery: 4–5 business days across all of India. Express Delivery: Next day delivery to Mumbai. 2nd day delivery to all major metro cities including Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and more.

SHIPPING CHARGES 
Orders above ₹2,000: Free standard shipping. Orders below ₹2,000: Flat ₹99 shipping charge. Express Shipping: ₹399 across India.

All shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with trusted courier partners  DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shree Maruthi to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. The full order amount is collected at the time of delivery.

Please note:
All COD orders are verified via a call or WhatsApp message from our team before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled. VERSEE reserves the right to cancel any COD order at our sole discretion.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real time through our tracking page.

DELAYS While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, VERSEE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always keep you informed in case of an unexpected delay.
