At VERSEE, we take great pride in the quality of every piece we send out. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves us.

NO RETURNS
We do not accept returns for any reason including change of mind, personal preference, or sizing. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out to us before placing your order if you have any questions  we are always happy to help.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

We stand behind the quality of every VERSEE piece. If something is genuinely not right, we want to make it right.

WHEN WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES We offer exchanges only in the following cases: — The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition. The wrong item was delivered.

We genuinely want to serve every customer who comes to us with an honest concern. If your situation is genuine, we will always do our best to help.

HOW TO CLAIM AN EXCHANGE

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Share your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product along with its original packaging.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  5. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original VERSEE packaging.  Products showing signs of intentional damage, misuse, or tampering will not be eligible. Earrings are strictly non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons  no exceptions. VERSEE reserves the right to assess each request individually and make a fair decision.

NO REFUNDS
VERSEE does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds for

Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size or fit chosen by the customer
Delays caused by courier partners
Products that have been used or worn

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED 

In the rare case that you receive a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number  Clear photographs of the item received and its packaging

We will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost to you. This is the only case where an exchange will be processed.

STORE CREDIT
In exceptional cases where an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, VERSEE may offer Store Credit at our sole discretion.

Store Credit 
Is equal to the value of the affected item Is valid for 12 months from date of issue  Can be used on any VERSEE product on versee.in Cannot be converted to cash

CANCELLATION POLICY

Important: — If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. — All approved cancellations will receive Store Credit equal to the full order value. — Store Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue. — No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations.
